DocuSign × Microsoft Integrated Campaign

DocuSign partnered with VSSL to develop a mid-market campaign targeting HR and IT teams already working within the Microsoft ecosystem. The objective was to expand perception beyond DocuSign’s eSignature product and highlight the broader automation capabilities enabled through integrations with tools like Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

Working closely with the Creative Director, I designed a fully integrated campaign system spanning digital ads, a lead-generation landing page, and a downloadable ebook experience. The challenge was balancing strict adherence to DocuSign’s established brand guidelines while creating a campaign that felt more dynamic, modern, and tailored to the needs of distinct audience segments. Messaging and visuals were structured around productivity, automation, and operational efficiency, helping simplify complex workflow concepts into clearer, more approachable narratives.

The final campaign created a cohesive cross-channel experience that supported lead generation while repositioning DocuSign as a broader workflow and automation platform rather than solely an eSignature tool.
